Who is eligible for housing during the retreat?
Host homes are provided for our Currently Funded Church Planters, Network Leaders, Alumni and Prospective Church Planters and their wives.
Will I be staying in a hotel or host home?
We will be providing a host home for you to stay in. If you would prefer to stay in a hotel you will need to make your own housing arrangements at your own expense. Check out a list of local hotels.
Can I come earlier than October 3rd and/or stay longer than the 6th?
You can BUT we can only provide housing for you if you are arriving on October 3 and leaving on October 6. If your plans have you arriving earlier or staying later you will need to make your own housing arrangements at your own expense.
Can I request a specific host family to stay with?
ABSOLUTELY, we love that many of you come back and want to stay with the same host family again. During the registration process you will be asked if there is a host home you would like to stay with. We will do our best to make that happen!
Do I need to attend the Gospel Boot Camp?
If you are a currently funded church planter and you have not already attended one then YES, we would like for you to attend. If you are a prospective church planter we strongly recommend that you make this a priority.
Will I be getting a travel reimbursement?
We will be offering limited travel reimbursements for Currently Funded Church Planters, Network Leaders and Prospective Planters. Click here for our reimbursement policy.
WHAT IS THE TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT?
Check out our travel reimbursement page.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT?
Once you have made your travel arrangements you can submit your receipts by completing the 2019 Church Planter Reimbursement Form. All reimbursement checks will be mailed to the address you provided unless you have made arrangements ahead of time. Please allow 2-3 weeks once you have submitted your reimbursement form to receive your check.

Date Night is available for Currently Funded Planters, Network Leaders and Alumni only.
I AM A PROSPECTIVE PLANTER WHEN WILL MY PROPOSAL INTERVIEW BE?
Once you register as a Prospective Planter we will schedule your interview and notify you as soon as we do. Once you have that information you will be able to make your flight arrangements. We have limited slots for proposals and may not be able to schedule all of the proposal interviews during the retreat. If yours is not scheduled during the retreat we will schedule a time to meet with you in November.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR THE PROPOSAL INTERVIEW?
It is important that before you arrive the application has been completed and your budget submitted. If we do not have your application and budget we will not be able to schedule your proposal interview. You can bring with your whatever you want to in order to present your church plant to the board.
